Nightlife Manager Expectations and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the everyday operations and service for the Roof to ensure guest satisfaction through positive guest experiences.
• Recruit, hire, and train qualified beverage service staff.
• Create weekly employee schedules for the Roof staff.
• Coordinate with the bar staff and culinary team to develop specialty beverage menus to meet the needs of each beverage outlet.
• Create beverage pairing menus with the assistance of the culinary team leaders.
• Develop, market, and promote special events for revenue growth and market positioning for the Roof.
• Employ operational systems for requisitioning, storing and issuing products for beer, wine, liquor, and mixers.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee the physical and perpetual inventory management systems of the beverage operation.
• Assure the staff adheres to quality, quantity, and safety standards per company, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Promote a positive and safe work environment for the staff and guests.
• Promote a culture of teamwork and exceptional guest service within the staff.
• Meet/exceed financial objectives for the Roof through forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, analysis of variance, etc.
• Build the brand of the Roof as the premiere location for food and beverage.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
