un dito is the newest addition to the South Minneapolis staple (ie) Italian Eatery. ie & un dito are neighborhood eateries at heart. We use the freshest ingredients available to us as we put our twist on Italian dining. Conveniently located on the Minnehaha Parkway nestled between the lakes of south Minneapolis. Influenced by the dining traditions of the Italian family; community, laughter, and conversation. Un Dito is inspired by aperitivo & digestive hot spots located in Sicilian Seaside cafes throughout Sicily and southern Italy.

We are looking to add 1-2 team members to our team! Team members work 3-5 days depending on needs and schedule. PM shifts start between 3:00-5:00pm and end between 8:30-10:30pm depending on events, holidays and season. AM shifts start between 10:00- 11:30am. Weekend/Sunday availability is a must! Team members get training in all areas, learning both beverage line and hot line. Employees get crosstrained and will eventually bartend, barista, cashier and prepare all food & beverages.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience working in a full-service setting and fast-paced environment
• Likes working with fresh food, coffee, beverages and guests on a daily basis
• Listens communicates and constantly believes in developing oneself
• Passion for organization and mise en place skills
• Enjoys working with local produce, purveyors, and quality ingredients
• Restaurant experience (up to 2 years is preferred)
• Worked with beverage and hot food preparation (aka fryers and building beautiful food) in a fun professional setting
