Are you someone who is creative and passionate about the cocktail/craft beer industry? Do you have a background in bartending/serving with fantastic & personable customer service skills?
We are looking for experienced bartenders who want to join our team! Grist is looking to break the mold of the traditional bar and brewery and be on the forefront of a new concept in the beverage world!
If you are a fun-loving and professional bartender with a niche for mixology, craft beer and magical vibes, you could be the perfect fit!
This is not a typical bar gig. We pride ourselves on providing the most attentive, fun, and memorable service around. We can only accomplish this by employing a team of reliable, committed staff who possess a strong team-player attitude.
Our base rate falls in the $10-$13/hour range +tips - our staff averages $10-$15/hour in tips - with room to grow within the company!
Must be willing to work weekends. Currently, we are looking to fill 1-2 full time roles, and 1 part time/weekend role for our Lone Tree (RARE) and Highlands Ranch (Grist Brewing Company) venues.
