Bartender Position

Our Bartenders are responsible for providing excellent guest service by engaging the guest and having great knowledge, with the ability to describe our food and beverages menus in detail. Bartenders must learn all signature & classic cocktail recipes and be able to make each drink to specification. All team members are expected to be attentive to our guests needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, and important.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring sections in dining room and bar areas are clean and set up properly for each guest
• Assists in greeting guests upon entrance
• Explanation of menus, answering any questions and making proper recommendations
• Taking beverage and food orders from guest at bar counter or table using handheld system
• Accurate and timely delivery of beverages and food
• Ensure general bar counter and table maintenance including pre-bussing, refills, fulfilling additional requests
• Accurate, timely and secure processing of payments
• Frequent general cleaning of section(s)
• General restaurant shift change and cleaning duties
• Exhibit teamwork with all other team members
• Communicate any guest concerns to management
• Practice safe food handling and responsible alcohol service at all times
