We are looking for a Bartender/Server to join our MUTTS Canine Cantina - Allen team!

We are a concept unlike any other, a dog park, casual cantina and bar rolled into one! As a membership-based dog park we cater to our furry friends and guests like they are family. Our food is served hot, drinks fresh and never-ending vibes galore! Come. Sit. Stay.

Your goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help maintain and attract customers while Creating Rebarkable Memories for our Guests. We provide a well-equipped bar with a broad selection of beers as well as seasonal frozen drinks made in house! You will be one of the front-line members explaining our concept and helping people sign up online to become members!

Job Duties

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar, restaurant, and park guests.

• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks (and pet a dog here and there).

• Assess guests needs and preferences and make recommendations!

• Check identification and confirm the guests meet the legal drinking age.

• Mix ingredients to prepare drinks to proper specifications.

• Restock and replenish bar inventory, upsell product to guests and answer questions about the park (also keep management in the loop with low inventory).

• Stay guest focused while working at a fast pace with multiple lines at the bar.

• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.

• Keep track of tabs and process payments (we are completely cashless).

Skills and Qualifications

• Receive tip pool, split tips with other employees, and handle product.

• Previous management experience a plus (chance at PT supervisor role).

• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.

• Basic computer/smartphone knowledge, hands-on experience in cashier duties

• Patience and customer-oriented approach.

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
