BARTENDER

The Essentials:

• Must value and support our team
• Must prioritize our guests
• Must be willing to learn AND teach
• Must love to be in the know with all things culinary

• Promote Heirloom's culture of going above and beyond
• Must understand the importance of consistency and care always
• 1+ year of bartending experience, preferably in a high volume or fine dining setting.
• General understanding of food, liquor, wine and beer

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to recipes and knowledge of standard cocktails
• Stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice and supplies.
• Focus on quality and consistency knowing the importance of measuring and consistency.
• Effectively service a full bar top, service rail or assigned station per shift.
• Execute steps of service.
• Maintain menu knowledge - including allergies, restrictions, modifications etc.
• Understand and solve problems with a calm and collective demeanor.
