Daily tasks:

• Love to create unique cocktails, elevating the usual to the unusual
• Make menu recommendations to guests
• Energetic engagement with guests
• Taking pride to ensure maintenance of our stations, sections, bar and tables are addressed through sidework and pre-bussing
• Processing payment of checks, returning change and issuing receipts
• Exhibiting teamwork by consistently working alongside team members
• Inventory of liquor, beer, and wine – this includes but is not limited to daily or weekly perpetual counts
• Assisting with special events as needed
• Uphold liquor license and food handling laws

Musts:

• At least 1-year previous bartending experience
• TiPS or other locally required alcohol training certification (unexpired)
• Food Handler’s card
• Previous serving experience
• Killer interpersonal skills - you’re an extrovert, or at least can play off as one really well ;)
• Ability to effectively handle cash
• Be passionate about guest service
