Bartender Job at Wyoming Horse Racing Casper East
Wyoming Horse Racing LLC and the Casper East Horse Palace are looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to provide an excellent drinking experience while customers indulge in a memorable gambling entertainment experience. Our Bartender will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations while providing a professional environment.
· MUST be 21 years of age or older
· Established knowledge of basic mixed drinks
· Established knowledge of pour portions
· Observe and acknowledge responsible decision making with customer needs
· Customer service oriented
· Knowledge and understanding of bar menu and drink specials
· Stock, clean, and comply with bar needs and orders
· Comply with city, state, establishment regulations as well as gaming regulations (ID, serving compliance, company standards etc.)
· Cash handling experience
· Fluent with cash registers, POS, etc.
·· Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
· Ability and willingness to learn
· Tips Certified
· Additional cleaning and jobs as deemed necessary by management
