Bartenders Wanted!

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic bartender to join our epic team! If you are dependable, friendly, motivated, and consider yourself a “mixologist”, then we want to hear from you! We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

The Role

As a bartender you work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders. We are looking for individuals who are efficient and have exceptional customer service skills.

As the Bartender, You will…

• Serve drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area.
• Mix traditional and signature/creative cocktails
• Attends to the detail and presentation of the bar program.
• Prepares and maintains ingredients and garnishes provided in recipes.
• Manage inventory and bar operations
• Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
• Coordinates daily supply inventory for bar and submits orders to supervisor; assists with receipt of deliveries.
• Contributes to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus in collaboration with a supervisor.
• Ensures smooth operation of bar services during the absence of Management.
• Assists with orienting new employees.
• Verify identification and age requirements of customers
• Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
• Participates in and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.
• Process payment from customers

ROLE COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative/signature cocktails
• Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings

• Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol

Language

• English
• Basic Spanish (preferred but not required)

Experience

• Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
