Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a bartender and must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Check customer identification to ensure that they meet the legal drinking age
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
• Interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Recommend and upsell drink and food items to customers
• Manage cash and card transactions, including handling cash responsibly and operating the cash register
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, including maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Ensure that all drinks are made according to company standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that all food and drink orders are served in a timely and efficient manner
• Stay up-to-date with current drink trends and new products

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be of legal drinking age and hold a valid bartending license, where required by law
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and willingness to adhere to them
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects
