This position has a base salary range of $54,400 - $68,000 - $81,600 USD annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.

SUMMARY

Supports the management group to achieve SLAs, provide frontline support and achieve department goals. Provide leadership and support team to deliver excellent service to members, employee partners and external partners plus maintain high quality standards for completing complex processes within the ATM & Debit Operations Department. Support department and organizational initiatives and KPI’s with a focus on providing quality service to internal and external members. Work closely with vendors to ensure high service expectations are achieved.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors daily operations and processing to ensure service levels are achieved.
  • Maintain department procedures to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory and security guidelines.
  • Provide recommendations and implement process changes to improve efficiency, member experience and reduce operational expenses.
  • Interact with vendors and hold them accountable to agreed-upon SLA adherence.
  • Provide back up support for Debit Card Specialists.
  • Manage escalations for the department.
  • Partner with Project Lead and management on the implementation of various projects, upgrades and installations.
  • Complete quarterly and monthly reporting tasks such as the Visa Operating Certificate, interchange (report and GL posting), ATM cost per transaction, ATM up-time and debit transactional data.
  • Perform regular quality assurance reviews, communicate results to management and work with appropriate individuals to ensure adherence to policy and procedure.
  • Present business updates to management on a quarterly basis.
  • Resolve complex issues with minimal supervision or direction.
  • Support additional functions as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of operational experience in the financial industry.
  • Highly motivated, able to prioritize work and perform well in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Results oriented and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Sensitivity to confidential information is required.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
  • The individual should be able to identify errors or faults in process and recommend or implement solutions.
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
