ABOUT THE BDC INTERNET APPOINTMENT SPECIALIST ROLE
In this position, you strive to develop a friendly relationship with our clients who reach out to us through the Internet and provide them with all the information they need regarding their vehicle of interest - anything from model trim level questions to payment quotes, you handle. You respond to their inquiries via chat, email, and phone depending on their preference. You then determine when would be a convenient time for them to visit the dealership and take the vehicle for a spin. Once they arrive, you introduce them to a Sales Consultant who will help them from that point onward.
The typical schedule work schedule is Monday 9am to 6pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 8am to 5pm, Thursday and Friday 9am to 6pm, and every other Saturday from 9am to 5pm. If it is your week to work Saturday, you will be off on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Solid computer and typing skills
- Desire to learn all about the vehicles that our dealerships sell
- PA Vehicle Sales License (we will help you acquire if necessary)
