Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

• An upbeat attitude & committed to delighting our guests and—of course—having fun.
• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule, shifts range from morning to afternoon and weekends, because that’s when we’re busy. (Schedules are set in advance as well).
• This role is perfect for someone looking for 2-5 days a week, with optional added days as needed for extra hours.
• Reliability

Your day to day:

• Greeting and welcoming guests, and being well versed in all things EWC - being able to answer all questions regarding our Wax Pass Memberships, Services and Retail Line.
• Clerical duties including scheduling reservations both in store and over the phone, maintaining and updating guest records.
• Managing the flow of the location, managing all reservations for the day, and taking reservations over the phone.
