Square One Autism Services has an opening for a Mid-Level Consultant to provide in-home and telehealth services to clients in the Stockton/Modesto area, including Manteca, Lathrop, and Ripon. The ideal candidate is organized, a self-starter, independent, possesses strong communication skills, and has some knowledge of the PRT approach.

Mid-Level Consultant Responsibilities

• Programs - implement program goals for clients and parents/ caregivers

• Caseload - ensure cases are maintained at appropriate rate of hours, in collaboration with referral coordinator

• Reports - assess and complete client reports, edit and ensure timely submission

• Clinical - tracking current case status, progress, barriers to progress, in conjunction with Program Supervisor

• Calendars - maintain electronic calendar and update weekly, daily if necessary

• Hours - ensure you are fulfilling recommended client hours (at least 25 direct hours per week)

• Session Notes- complete and uploaded to electronic system

• Email - respond to email within 1-2 business days, sooner if urgent

• Billing - submit billing according to stated timelines and rules

• Assessments - conduct Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) assessments

• Additional duties may be required and up to owner’s discretion/ request. This is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all possible duties, but a general framework of expectation. This position reports directly to the Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Master's preferred

• 4 years experience in ABA

• 2 years experience in Supervision
