Illuminate Minds is a growing business in North Hollywood, CA. The mission of the Illuminate Minds Inc., is to provide evidence based comprehensive clinical services to improve the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other varies developmental disabilities. We implement evidence based treatments and techniques to meet each individual’s unique needs.
Behavior Technicians implement in home based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Behavior Technicians work with Illuminate Minds clients and families under the direct supervision of a Clinical Supervisor. Treatment plans implemented are designed to address skills acquisition as well as addressing challenging behaviors that may occur in a variety of settings.
Education, Certification and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- RBT Certification preferred
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
- Bilingual Preferred; Armenian or Spanish
- A valid California Driver's License
- Reliable transportation & proof of auto insurance
- Negative TB Test
- Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance (Criminal Background Check)
