Responsibilities for the Benefits Specialist:
- Contact and qualify prospective clients and explain features and merits of policies and the business solutions offered. Identity the need and provide the best solution
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close the sale
- Works with clients on an ongoing basis
- Anticipates future needs and calls on established clients to identify new hires, claims assistance and maintain a regular service model for the client
- Develops long-term relationships with clients
- Assist clients with concerns and service issues as needed
- Reach agreed upon sales and income goals monthly
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
