Summary

Wright-Pierce has an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Administrator position based in one of our Northeast office locations. As a Benefits Administrator at Wright-Pierce, you will be part of a collaborative team supporting a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead the employee benefits program.
  • Serve as primary contact for insurance carriers, plan vendors and third-party administrators.
  • Lead the annual open enrollment process.
  • Collaborate with the payroll department.
  • Manage invoice reconciliation.

Essential Functions

  • Be an initiative-taker with exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Assist with relaying technical information clearly.
  • Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations.

Experience

  • 2 or more years of human resources/benefits experience, A/E/C industry or professional services experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with UKG (UltiPro) HRIS system a plus

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
