We are a busy worldwide Ecommerce company seeking the right candidate to grow with our ever-expanding company. Presently we use Big Commerce hosting platform however it requires day to day attention, maintenance, etc.... Onsite Web Admin (Web Content Management and Graphic Design). Must have Big Commerce experience to be considered for the job.

The position is responsible for managing and maintaining a large e-commerce website on a daily basis. You will also be creating print and web marketing collateral such as emails, videos, flyers, ads, banners, headers, etc. You will be working closely with the other departments to keep product info, pricing, graphics up to date.

JOB DUTIES

• Manage front and back end to maintain a stable website
• Manage content templates (including overall content updates, new pages, video and landing pages)
• Quality control of all web pages, checking specifically for errors in links, typos and grammar, tracking and consistency of style, tone and branding and pricing
• Create Facebook and Google Ads using graphics software.
• Take some Photos and Videos for Web and media use. We can teach.
• Create PDF guides for web site and customers.
• Design and develop email blasts using Constant Contact
• Print and web marketing collateral such as videos, flyers, ads, banners, headers, etc.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• MUST HAVE PRIOR Big Commerce or Very Similar Experience. (Deal Breaker)
• Familiar with HTML and CSS.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Proficient with Photoshop and some illustrator.
• Willing to learn some video editing software
• Familiar with Web hosted content management system
• Graphic Design skills a must.
• Product photography and editing preferred. We can teach some.

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE

• Mobile design and how to adjust for an outstanding user experience across all devices
• Facebook, Instagram, Google AdWords, a plus and we will pay for training to be able to manage in house.
