Job Duties:

Be the liaison between the company and the customer and accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

  • Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet the agreed upon production goals.
  • Accurate accounting of all currency transactions as well as timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.

  • Demonstrate problem solving skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Polite, reliable, adaptability, and accountability
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills.
  • Minimum of six months in a call center environment Pleasant and professional telephone demeanor
  • 1 + year of customer service experience
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Demonstrates well-developed computer skills (internet, email, word processing, spreadsheets, hardware, typing)
