This role is a hybrid and the expectation is that you report into the office once in a month.

As part of the Enterprise Services (Billing & Reimbursement team), you will enable our partners, North America OU (NAOU), to make decisions connected to Billing and analytics. This role will work cross-functional with CCBSS, FOCS/Supply Chain organization and National Foodservice Distribution Team the ideal Billing Analyst candidate is a creative, analytical, resourceful person that is customer-focused, and collaborative. The incumbent will have a strong understanding of different businesses and the underlying analytics, and the ability to translate business requirements into analysis, collect and analyze data, reconcile accounts, and make recommendations back to the business. What You will Do for Us

  • Reconciliation of Distributor Agency payments.
  • Assemble large data sets used for Distributor reporting.
  • Identify process improvement initiatives to benefit the KO system and customers ensuring process standardization and automation.
  • Actively participate in all required system enhancements and UATs.
  • Collaborate with CCBSS to drive research and resolution of customer profile and linkages.
  • Monitor and manage Distributor research shared email address.
  • Establish metrics to ensure issue resolution is tracking to expectations.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and monitor compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Must possess at least 4 years of Billing or AP experience.
  • Intermediate to Expert level in MS Access, Excel, Power BI, MS Teams
  • Making customers (external and internal) and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships; creating and executing plans and solutions in collaboration with the customer.
  • Experience in working in Agile teams.
  • Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great teammate with ability to work cross-functionally in resolving complex issues.
