What will you do?

• This position is typically held by an individual who has 2+ years experience in the industry and has intermediate knowledge of HVAC control, programming to a sequence of operations with Schneider Electric controllers and devices or other building or electronic control systems.
• This position is responsible for providing high-quality engineering and software designs per specifications, standards, budgets, and schedules, and/or providing central engineering support for HVAC applications, as well as participating on a team to design, install and service building management systems.
• Works with minimal supervision and reports into the Engineering Manager.
• Resolve design issues through RFI’s, field surveys and documentation materials tracking
• Assist in developing software/hardware standards and processes
• Assist in a job close out by helping to provide final record drawings
• Designs software programming applications of an intermediate level, or of an expert level with mentor support
• Maintain and adhere to standards for estimating and budgeting software or hardware designs
• May participate in troubleshooting problems on installed systems and solutions at the customer site
• May participate in field checkout using standard startup and checkout processes
• Remains abreast of the latest developments in engineering specialty to guide future development efforts

  You have experience with line-based programming of Building Automation Systems
• You have experience with graphical development applications
• You have a solid understanding of HVAC sequence of operations
• You have a solid understanding of electrical fundamentals
• You have a solid understanding of network fundamentals
• You can read and understand plans and specitications.
• You have experience in the design and implementation of building automation applications
• You have great organizational, communication, and time management skills
