We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to join our team as a Boba Barista and build the Pearl as the best boba shop in Ogden. We're a small local business that's been making boba drink 10 years. We're a tight team, grow with the Pearl and make an impact.
The ideal candidate will be highly creative and responsible for preparing specialty boba beverages as well as serving coffees and teas. Applicants must be able to take direction well and be able to multi-task effectively. Our team is looking for an enthusiastic Barista with a passion for coffee who loves interacting with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Make coffee or espresso according to the customer's order.
- Take customer orders and complete the process of preparing the beverage.
- Be able to handle customer complaints and respond to their concerns in a friendly manner.
- Be friendly toward customers, coworkers, and management.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
