Come lead and assist our amazing team! We are a small, locally owned, family run business expanding to Maitland to open our second location this year. You will initially learn our process with our Kitchen Manager then work opposite shifts at our location in Mount Dora to ensure the leading and delegating of work among employees, maintaining product freshness, controlling how food is stored and prepared, FIFO, empowering and maintaining employee moral, etc. We are closed every Monday and only open until 8pm-9pm throughout the week. We take a lot of pride in our unique handmade creations and friendly, clean environment. Must have experience leading a team of 10+ individuals. Plenty of room for advancement.
Location: 301 North Baker Street Suite 101 Mount Dora, FL (bottom floor) The building is on a hill so the restaurant is only accessible on one side with a parking lot out front.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
