Prestigious Business firm in West LA that works with high net worth individuals in the Entertainment Industry seeks a professional and experienced Bookkeeper and Account Manager.

Your primary tasks will be: Bookkeeping, Assisting the Account manager, handling day to day financial tasks such as paying bills, recording credit card charges, reconciling bank, credit card and loan accounts, payroll, making deposits, creating invoices, keeping track of due dates, making arrangements and etc.
Must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Highly proficient and experienced with QuickBooks desktop
- Very organized
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Must be a quick learner and tech savvy
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
