Samantha Younes at Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Bookkeeper with one of their reputable clients. This permanent position is located in the Tigard, Oregon area. The Bookkeeper is in charge of data entry, full cycle A/P, and cash applications. You will also handle accounts payable, month-end closing, accounts receivable, and reconciliation. Self-driven and organized professionals will thrive in this role and should apply immediately.

Your responsibilities

• Formulate cash flow projections, as needed
• Competent in credit card management and reconciliation
• Formulate monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
• Familiar with Accounts Receivable
• Manage sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
• Produce subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
• Review monthly accounting close
• More tasks as requested
• Govern monthly accounting close
• Uphold a general ledger
• Look after Accounts Payable
