BOOKKEEPER FOR ESTABLISHED CANNABIS COMPANY (10 STORES)!! Job at Rocky Mountain High Dispensaries
POSITION SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. This is a part-time, in-person position with competitive compensation and benefits. This position is primarily responsible for payroll processing, establishing and maintaining employee/payroll records, and reporting AR and AP.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred; and 2 years' experience in payroll
· Strong payroll processing background in a high volume environment
· Experience with client management and/or customer service
· Strong knowledge of payroll software, experience working in an environment where payrolls are processed daily and HR knowledge a plus
Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
· Checking and auditing
· Timekeeping records.
· Compile weekly payroll data and data entry of time records.
· Maintain time and attendance records
· Process of new hires into payroll system.
· Create payroll report for client approval.
· Compile payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance, 401k deductions, etc.
· Process garnishments.
· Weekly payroll reporting.
· Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
· Ensure work area is clean, secure and well maintained.
· Stay abreast of laws and changes in the field of payroll at the state and federal level.
· Certified payrolls
· AR and AP
· Monthly federal reporting

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $51,849.81 - $54,636.96 per year
