Responsibilities & Duties:

Multiple open positions within the shift that may include:

• Picking orders using RF scanners or paper tickets
• Packing Floral orders to prepare them for shipment
• Performing Plant maintenance

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Capable of working independently and as a part of a team
• Able to work in a warm to hot environment for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to work Sunday- Thursday (Start times vary from 10AM- 12PM and work until Finish) Additional days/hours or adjustment to daily start time may change due to holiday or additional workload.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, standing, pushing, bending, walking.
• Friendly attitude, adapts to change in a positive manner
• Warehouse and Equipment experience a plus, but not necessary

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and read. This position is very active and requires standing for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. The employee must frequently lift/and or move items up to 50 pounds. The employee will also wear and use a scanning device on their wrist. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
