Branch Director Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and expand the home health agency.

· Oversee financial management of the agency, including budget development and monitoring, revenue growth, and expense management.

· Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing home health and hospice care.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders.

· Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure optimal performance and high-quality care.

· Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

· Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient delivery of care.

Branch Director Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.

· Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Nevada.

· Minimum of five years of experience in home health or hospice care, including at least two years of management experience.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing home health and hospice care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $118,000.00 - $158,000.00 per year
