Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to originate three (3) funded loans per month
• Maintain working relationships with realtors, title companies, investors and previous clients in order to continue to generate originations
• Pre-qualify and counsel potential homebuyers and investors on loan products that benefit their loan needs
• Commitment to excellence in provided five-star customer service

Requirements Include:

• MUST HAVE CURRENT NMLS LICENSE
• Minimum of 1 year loan officer experience
• Ability to work independently from home
• Ability to maintain a minimum 3 loans - with company marketing assistance
• Good listening and comprehension skills
• Outgoing personality
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Active in the community to enhance network of professional contacts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $680,000.00 per year
