Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieves, measures, and analyzes monthly sales and referral goals.
  • Assists the Financial Center Manager in performing a wide variety of supervisory duties as directed including, reviewing work schedules, completing performance reviews, counseling employees and administrative duties. In addition, assists in administering policies and procedures and overseeing the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.
  • Relieves and substitutes for branch staff by assisting on the teller and member service areas.
  • Oversees the financial center cash and member's operations.
  • Provides subject matter expertise, guidance, training, and direction to members and staff relating to policies and procedures, assists staff and/or members in resolving escalated matters within delegated scope of authority, and directs members to the appropriate person or refers escalated matters, along with recommendations, to the Branch Manager.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, required. Associates Degree or its equivalent, preferred.
  • Must have at least four (4) years’ progressively responsible financial institution experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory or team lead role, or the completion of the internal Management Basics program.
  • Thorough knowledge of all financial transactions, negotiable instruments, and deposit and loan products.
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and problem resolution skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact with members in a positive, cooperative, and courteous manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) when working with members or co-workers on accounts or other Credit Union services inquiries or information.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
