Craft Brand Lead

Basic Function: Responsible for managing the company’s craft beer portfolio in the Lee Beverage Eau Claire service area. Accountable for supplier and house driven directives and all aspects of on and off premise sales. Works with management, suppliers, and sales staff to grow distribution, market share and overall sales for the company’s products.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Company contacts for Supplier information
  • Implementation of agreed upon supplier’s annual business plan
  • Schedule and attend planned supplier meetings
  • Submit new product information into the Lee Beverage system
  • Present new products and information to the team at sales meetings
  • Update the team about all product information and current trends.
  • Track brand performance and expectations
  • Schedule work-withs
  • Manage brand budgets
  • Order merchandise and POS
  • Involvement in the forecasting process. Understanding trends and market needs
  • Communicate chain programming and brand priorities with Key Account Managers
  • Action planning for problematic packages
  • Coordination of product recall procedures as needed
  • Communicate all price changes and promotions to the pricing department
  • Product allocation process
  • SKU rationalization process
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to follow-up on details.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred
  • Maintain a close working relationship with supplier representatives
  • Manage the point of sale (POS), rebates planned by the supplier
  • Communicates with all levels of sales management across the company
  • Required to work (regular or overtime) may include nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to build, motivate and manage a team
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Must be able to interact with employees on all levels
  • Driver's License (Required)
