Hillman Beer is looking for an exceptional part-time dishwasher who can help us in our mission to provide elevated comfort food to our guests!

Other duties include:
- Washing worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces
- Maintaining proper temperature and chemical levels for the dishwasher as outlined by provided standards
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area and in compliance with safety standards
- Sorting and stacking clean dishes
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Loading and unloading supplies and products
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Removes trash and places it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out trash cans
- Assisting kitchen staff with light prep such as slicing, portioning, and cleaning produce
