• Contributes and supports the Requirements Management/work packages for Tier 4- 5 low risk and regulatory projects or initiatives
• Sound knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project life-cycle
• Gains/acquires a basic understanding of business and user interaction with technology throughout project delivery
• Work performed under management guidance and supervision
• May identify and contribute to problem resolution
• Supports and may contribute to communication and change management activities
• Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

• Undergraduate degree
• 2+ years related experience
• Preferred Requirements:
• USCA Collections & Recovery experience
• Experience with escalated/supervisor related customer calls/concerns
