Attain Sports & Entertainment is looking for an analytical and strategically minded individual to fill the role of Business Analytics & Strategy Leader.

You will work to support the organization in various aspects of overall business objectives to drive sales, improve retention, and facilitate data acquisition. The role’s primary objectives will be to manage our daily analytics operational initiatives, including, but not limited to building data visualizations, overseeing data warehouse operations and processes, develop predictive models, leverage data for the enhancement of business processes, and other day-to-day Business Strategy and Analytics responsibilities as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Analyze data and produce insights and recommendations for business objectives and decisions

· Collaborate with department key stakeholders on projects to achieve goals

· Support the migration and continued development of data warehouse and ETL processes

· Build and maintain reports and dashboard to measure, monitor and analyze operational results

· Develop predictive data models to support business objectives

· Maintain and improve data hygiene and quality control

· Perform customer segmentation and exporting of targeted lists for marketing initiatives

· Utilize SQL queries to develop insights and respond to ad hoc requests

· Own data capture processes, including cleaning and importing large data sets

· Strategize data cleaning, entry, research, and lead generation processes

· Identify opportunities for improvement and advancement

· Oversee CRM, Survey strategies and processes

· Additional responsibilities, as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree required

· 4+ years of increasing responsibility in an analytics-focused role

· Must be willing to comply with MiLB and Attain league COVID-19 vaccination policy.

COMPETENCIES (KSAs)

· Proficient in R, Python, and SQL preferred

· Experience using Ticketmaster Archtics, or similar ticketing system experience preferred

· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products

· Experience using third-party market research tools, i.e., Nielsen Scarborough

· Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work all events, flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From $125,000.00 per year
