The Integrity National Corporation is seeking an experienced, seasoned business development professional to work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to increase revenue and EBITDA by acquiring new clients and establishing productive and profitable relationships with existing customers, external firms and organizations.

The candidate should have experience selling to Minority Supplier Development Council companies, experience in digital marketing and janitorial services.

To be successful in this role the candidate must have good business acumen with excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. He or She should be comfortable working under stressful work conditions and should have the ability to meet the targeted deadlines. Should be confident while making important decisions, be creative, and should demonstrate high levels of integrity and commitment. He or She should be able to motivate and influence people, have exceptional problem-solving skills, be focused, and have an optimistic approach while dealing with difficult situations.

Personal attributes such as discretion, a high level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, organization and written and verbal communication skills are also required. Must be able to facilitate and maintain positive customer relations with Integrity and affiliates clients.

The essential skill set and requirements includes:

Education

A bachelor's or a master's degree required, in the relevant industry, business administration, or business management would be preferred. A successful demonstrated 5+ years of experience, including finding, qualifying, and closing new business primarily through cold calls and self-generated leads.

Software Skills

At a minimum, the Manager of Business Development must be proficient in Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HubSpot, Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool.

Technical Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Demonstrated existing network of potential prospects in the government (Federal, State, local) and Supplier Diversity markets.
  • Experience selling facilities/building services including operations and maintenance, janitorial, integrated facilities services, or similar.
  • Innate drive to succeed and take initiative.
  • Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environments.
  • Sound knowledge of the industry/client sectors, including sound knowledge of both private and public sector bidding procedures.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, facilitation skills and ability to communicate with audiences ranging from large groups to individuals, normally in very senior roles.
  • Understanding of janitorial labor management in Union and non-Union environments.
  • Solution modeling and work loading, apply service line staffing, innovative practices, and tools as well as service delivery standards for solutions being developed to address customer needs.

The work hours for the Business Development Manager is quite hectic, since it is a position which needs to shoulder some major responsibilities. They usually work late in the evenings and at nights to complete their work. They may need to travel on the weekends and holidays to meet and attend client meetings, seminars, etc.
