Reqsta is a staffing company looking for new clients in the USA to develop the staffing business. We are looking for business development managers who can help us to bring new clients to the staffing business in the USA region.

This is a freelance job If you get the client for us then for each client, you can earn $2500 + 10% profit.

1.Once we sign the MSA with your client immediately you will get $2500 in your account.

2.Each time the company hires through Reqsta you will get 10% of the profit for up to 3 years(We will sign agreement with you on this - You can also include nominee's name in this agreement).

Job description:

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with various Direct clients /Implementing Partners, should be able to identify/target potential clients in the USA and get Contract/Perm Staffing requirements to grow the business.

Should be proficient in Lead Generation activities using LinkedIn, E-Mail Marketing, Cold Calling, and Client References.

Should have good experience with USA Client Acquisition and Lead generation.

Must have hands-on experience in Business Development capable of bringing new clients for staffing business.

We are looking clients in the following domains: IT, Retail, Logistics/supply chain, Banking/Finance & Health care.
