Business Development Managers Job at Loan Factory

We are looking for two Mortgage Business Development Managers to join our team. One will interface with Loan Officers and the other with consumers. The main goal is to improve our image, capabilities, and marketing, to attract more Loan Officers and Consumers to our platform. The successful candidates will work closely with our staff and report directly to the department manager to ensure that we achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the image, capabilities, and marketing of our mortgage platform.
- Interface with Loan Officers or Consumers, as assigned, to build relationships and generate business.
- Work closely with the department staff to ensure that we deliver high-quality services to our clients.
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze data to track progress towards our goals and make adjustments as needed.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts in the mortgage industry.
- Attend industry conferences and events to represent our company and stay informed about industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in business development.
- Proven track record of generating new business and building relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of mortgage products, services, and industry regulations.
Compensation: $84,000 - $120,000/year, plus a performance-based bonus.
