Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration for team development and individual contributor sessions as needed
  • Design, develop, deliver, and maintain on-demand content (e-learning, video, etc.) and education solutions that enhance employee knowledge, skills and performance
  • Implement and administer methodologies to measure results and success of learning solutions; consistently report results
  • Use instructional design principles to research, assess, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions
  • Manage the evaluation process for all learning including quarterly reporting on learning events
  • Partner in the administration of Pace’s performance management process and system and develop and implement related training
  • Collaborate with leadership on the creation and marketing of learning and development programs to drive focus and visibility of new and existing learning initiatives
  • Create and maintain toolkits and other resource materials to support learning
  • Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the quality and efficiency of training services offered
  • Assess the effectiveness of current training initiatives and implement improvement as needed
  • Produce videos for internal training use as needed
  • Provide facilitation for team development and individual contributor sessions as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ year of employee learning and development experience
  • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and E-Learning software
  • Ability to communicate with excellence at all levels internally and externally
  • Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
  • Enthusiastic, able influence others, and demonstrate a consultative approach to problem solving
  • Able to take on and tackle conflict directly and constructively
  • Understands when confidentiality is required and displays tact in the sharing of sensitive information

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of employee learning and development experience
  • Certification from ATD or equivalent
  • Prior experience facilitating Franklin Covey or Blanchard classes
  • Experience building course content, conducting classroom training, assessing training effectiveness, and building or leading courses that are focused on building skills and capabilities
  • Certification in development assessments, i.e., MBTI, DISC, EQi, Gallup Strengths, or similar
