As a Business Development Representative, you will be making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. In this role, you will need to be comfortable meeting new people, have excellent communication skills (in-person and online) and be motivated by sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and gain the ability to effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits
• Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with contacts in sales territory by conducting daily in-person marketing calls
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and continuing education (CE) classes
• Utilize marketing software to document daily in-person marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunities
• Provide management with revenue updates and reports around your assigned sales territory
• Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals

Position Requirements

• A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience
• Must have reliable transportation for daily in-person marketing calls
• Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector
• Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
• Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
• Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Pay Rate

Competitive base plus activity-based commission, gasoline card, vehicle allowance, and increases based on merit.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
