Busser Job at Robbie's of Islamorada
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Busser. The right candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and the ability to multi-task effectively. Duties include making sure the restaurant is clean, tables are set up, customers are greeted and seated, orders are taken accurately and communicated to the kitchen staff and that customers are provided with outstanding service. This job requires both physical strength and mental stamina, as a Busser must be able to lift heavy trays of heavy dishes, clear dirty tableware and maintain a positive attitude while multitasking.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all tasks normally required to complete a bussing tables section in your restaurant.
- Clean dishes and utensils used by guests.
- Clear tables after guests have left the restaurant, and clean the table of any dirty dishes and leftovers.
- Clean up spills on the floor and wipe down tables, chairs, and booths.
- Follow instructions from the kitchen staff.
- Be a part of a team, helping each other complete tasks assigned to a specific shift.
