We are looking for a Café Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our café. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day to day operations, hire/train employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, meet daily,weekly, and monthly goals, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The Café Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, food safety, and menu development. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the café.
- Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer base.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure that all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
