The Café Manager is responsible for ensuring and maintaining regular daily operations of the designated

location. This is a full-time position (generally 8 hours daily, Monday-Friday).

For our K-12 Charter and private schools’ partners across the United States, Our Company is looking for a Cafeteria Manager for K-12. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our clients, exert influence over them, and lead our teams to fulfill all contractual obligations promptly and within budget.

Everyday obligations will incorporate giving group initiative, by and large preparation, key development and execution, course, assessment, and control to doled out units to accomplish tasks and monetary objectives, interest in a group, HR works, laying out and keeping up with successful client and client compatibility, and giving direction to a group of Cafeteria Manager

We are looking for candidates who has:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Complete other duties or administrative request requests as assigned by the Leaders of SLA.

2. Ensuring that resources are in place from both a staffing and supply standpoint.

3. Implementing a wide range of functions such as food quality, production, planning, purchasing, and facility maintenance.

4. Working directly with Leaders in order to follow an in-unit marketing strategy.

5. Making sure all food and sanitation standards are up to standards.

6. Uphold ServSafe standards, child nutrition regulations, federal, state, and local laws governing school food service and SLA Management policies and procedures •

7. Ensure use of proper techniques for maintenance of cleanliness and preparation of food and kitchen.

8. Submit orders for food, kitchen supplies, office supplies, etc.

9. Maintain adequate and accurate inventory.

10. Track attendance.

11. Ensuring Team Members are following their schedules, clocking in and out, and basic general

policies and standard operating procedures.

12. Plan, coordinate, oversee, and participate in preparation, cooking, and serving of menu items.

13. Ensure accurate payment information and cash flow; complete deposits of cash as necessary.
