We are seeking someone to join our Consumer Care team in St. Louis, MO as a Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be a part of an amazing team that provides support to each other and an environment that is fun and engaging! You will answer calls from customers regarding their questions and/or concerns.
As a Call Center Agent, you will:
- Effectively manage consumer calls to respond to and resolve order inquiries or complaints and complete inbound sales
- Grow customer retention through positive and professional communication
- Efficiently resolve customer concerns and escalate complex questions for resolution
- Deliver timely and accurate credits and adjustments to customer accounts

We seek people with these qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service, call center or retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Intermediate data entry & typing skills required
- Available to work full time on a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends & holidays:
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Sunday, Closed
