Job Details for the Call Center Representative position:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Pay Rate: $18/hour

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Call Center Representative position could include:

• Review patient accounts and answer questions to a high level of patient satisfaction
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of questions and comments
• Create, maintain and enter information into databases
• Manage list of patients that require follow up to resolve outstanding issues
• Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing

Job Requirements for the Customer Service Representative position:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Previous high volume call center experience required
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to perform data entry with minimal errors
