Our Client is seeking a Call Center Representative.
Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position, working from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM Monday through Friday.
Job Description:
- Manage calls and emails concerning customer inquires
- Resolve technical issues promptly
- Troubleshoot account, promotion, and mobile app inquires
- Maintaining a positive customer service mentality
Requirements:
- Must have 1 year experience in call center environment
- Working knowledge of Customer Sales Support Software
- Strong analytical skills- Ability to learn Company software and hardware applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work independently or in team environment
- Bilingual a plus
