Groundworks is hiring call center representatives! We have multiple positions and locations within Virginia Beach hiring for similar roles. All positions are in-office.

Use your customer service skills to create a positive first impression and emphasize everything Groundworks has to offer. You will schedule free home inspections, routine and emergency service appointments, and in some cases, upsell additional services.

You will answer calls in a fast-paced call center environment, as well as input customer data using company software. You will also make warm outbound calls (no cold calling!) to homeowners who have asked to be contacted about our services.

We offer base pay + bonus per appointments scheduled and services sold.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and make warm outbound calls using an automated dialer. All calls are warm, no cold calling!
• Must be positive and motivated with excellent communications skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
• Schedule advertised free inspection and estimate appointments
• Guide incoming prospective clients to meet with our Certified Field Inspectors
• Maintain customer information
• All other duties as necessary

Qualifications & Requirements

• Good phone skills and a competitive nature
• Must be comfortable using computers
• Must be able to work every other weekend
