Lexus of Orlando is an “Elite” local luxury automotive dealership. We have had the privilege of serving our local community for over 25 years. Our company is dedicated to providing “World Class Service” to our guests. This mission begins with the efforts of our dedicated team members.
Our dealership has an immediate, full-time opening for several Internal Sales / BDC Associates.
Qualified applicants must be a dependable team player with a drive for excellence. We are looking for energetic, out-going professionals with a positive “can do” attitude. Excellent communication and organization skills are a must. Although you do not need sales experience to be successful at this position, you must have exceptional customer service skills.
Bi-lingual is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone inquiries and internet sales leads in a timely manner, providing accurate and complete information to our guests their specific vehicle inquiries.
- Create a strong rapport with the guests to build confidence in the dealership and product, which result in sales appointments
- Use CRM software to generate prospect leads in system to facilitate proper follow-up
- Obtain extensive product knowledge by participating and completing provided training courses
- Provide our guests with a world-class experience to distinguish us from our competition
- Must be available to work day, evening, weekend and holiday hours
