The Call Opener will be the first point of contact for customers who are searching for the best product that fits their financial needs. The Call Opener will be responsible for qualifying potential customers that have applied for our programs.

Responsibilities:

• Handle 200+ calls daily
• Required to make manual inbound calls, outbound calls, and calls coming from our company’s automatic phone dialer on a daily basis
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude Identify customer’s goals and objectives
• Identify customer’s goals and objectives
• Transfer potential customers to our Debt and Loan Consultants
• Must be in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Excel in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient at multitasking

Requirements:

• 0-1 year of Call Center/Sales experience preferred
• Ability to handle high call volume
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with computers programs such as MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM
• Passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals
• Willingness to learn with an ability to adapt to change
• Results driven attitude

Desired Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; some college preferred
