Schedule: Monday - Friday 7AM-4PM

PAY: $13.50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform various plant-related tasks such as sowing, potting, thinning, weeding, watering, transplanting, and moving plants.
• Monitor plants for pests and potential issues, taking proactive measures to maintain plant health.
• Give individual attention to each marijuana plant, ensuring their specific needs are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully operational work environment.
• Carry out activities in veg, flower, propagation, mom, and veg rooms as required.
• Track and record data related to veg and flower rooms as instructed.
• Contribute to overall facility cleanliness.
• Perform maintenance tasks for mother plants and veg plants.
• Notify the supervisor if there are deviations from the required growing environment.
• Maintain open communication with the management team and coworkers.
• Adhere to all operational guidelines, training information, and policies.
• Complete all assigned tasks promptly and appropriately.

Requirements:

• be at least 21 years of age
• Able to pass a background check
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior production, nursery, landscaping, and/or agricultural experience preferred
• Cannabis experience helpful
• Experience with automation systems
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to work in a safety-aware environment
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time (i.e., trimming plants, potting, and regular inventory)

Physical Demands:

• Regularly perform lifting, walking, standing and repetitive motions as part of job duties.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
• May require extended periods of walking, standing, and various physical movements including stooping, bending, and crouching.
