Production Technicians are responsible for a variety of manufacturing and production tasks including cooking, filling, and packaging. Must be able to multitask, work efficiently, count accurately and quickly, and be adaptable to changing priorities and tasks as needed. Must do well with repetitive tasks and adapt well in a fast-paced environment. Cannabis production experience is not required but is a plus.

This position offers an opportunity for rapid growth for candidates that are willing to go above and beyond.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prep kitchen for production and scale ingredients
• Operate and maintain production equipment
• Quality control
• Package, label, and store finished product
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, packaging, and storage area
• Manage inventory and notify Production Manager in advance on inventory levels that need to be replenished to keep production on schedule
• Complete the required and scheduled cleanings associated with the daily schedule
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, stand for long periods of time, walk, kneel, bend, and reach
• Must be able to physically work fast on one's feet doing repetitive tasks for long periods of time
• Must have own reliable transportation and driver’s license
• High School diploma or General Education Diploma is required
• Food or production/manufacturing experience preferred
• Familiarity with the U.S. and Metric Systems of Measurements
• Experience in fast food, bakeries, or breweries is a plus
• Cannabis production and METRC experience is a plus

Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm and some weekends.
